Company Policies

ORDER PROCESSING:
We will send your order with all possible speed, but please allow approximately 3 days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment (any out-of-stock items approximately 3 weeks).

Allow at least One week processing time for International orders (International orderers must contact us before placing order), due to additional in-house handling.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Dickey Balls Productions within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. If they are not returned in the original package, no refund will be given.

We also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( i.e. Wrong item sent, Defective items..) otherwise the shipping cost is non-refundable.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for this process.

Any DVD which is not viewable due to manufacturing defect will be replaced with another of the same title. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges; we in turn will not charge shipping to send a replacement. All exchanges must be pre-authorized by us via e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE: DVDs are NEVER returnable due to content dissatisfaction. We reserve the right not to honor any price mistakes due to typograhical error.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
(Domestic USA) Shipping is based on order size. If we ship a partial order, there is no additional shipping charge to ship the remainder.

PACKAGING:
We ship discreetly in plain boxes, with no indication that the package contains adult material. Our return address on the shipping label is printed as follows:
